QUALITY ASSURANCE
At Mzuri Sweets Ltd, we manufacture our products under the highest hygiene conditions and using the best in-the-market Equipment and Technology. We have designed a Food Safety Management System [FSMS] which is strictly guided by the Food Safety System Certification [FSSC: 22000] principles.
This incorporates both ISO 22000:2018 and ISO/TS 22000:2009 and the additional FSSC 22000 requirements (Version 5.1).
The system is designed to guarantee end-to-end material, equipment, process, and product integrity and puts a premium on hygiene and high quality at every step, to ensure that the final products surpass all international requirements on food safety.
Our processes also give due cognizance to the importance of maintaining sustainable growth and environment protection. Our systems follow all regulatory guidelines on environment and safe work practices.
Our final products are the culmination of a meticulous Research and Development effort that takes into consideration the many various customer preferences and emerging consumer trends while making every attempt to keep the final product costs customer friendly.
This is a feature that is rolled over all our products be it Hard Candy, Soft Candy, Bubblegum or Ball gum. Process monitoring entails detailed analysis of all raw materials upon receipt and immediately prior to usage, in-process monitoring and finished product quality verification.
